23 year old young male, pursuing engineering, presented with male pattern hair loss , also called male androgenetic alopecia.
Experiencing severe hair fall since 5 years.
Strong hereditary history suggestive of androgenetic alopecia in father as well as paternal uncles.
Had undergone standard treatment for male pattern hair loss which is oral 1 mg finasteride and topical 5% minoxidil for 2 years, as well as multiple sessions of PRP treatment (platelet rich plasma).
Hair fall was persistent despite the above and the patient was hugely depressed, affecting his academic grades markedly and thus career prospects.
QR678 reduced his hairfall and improved hair density, results started to show after 3 sessions and continued till he achieved a good growth of hair after 8 sessions, thus restoring his lost self confidence.
Patient 2-
42 year old male patient with male pattern hair loss since 2 years, with associated Diabetes and hypertension and on medication for both these diseases.
Was concerned about the rapid loss of hair from his crown.
Standard therapies for androgenetic alopecia like oral dutasteride and topical minoxidil and hair growth serums, oils , ayurvedic medicines etc tried.which had helped reduce hair fall, however there was no improvement in hair density.
The QR678 therapy improved the hair density and gave excellent results after 8 sessions of treatment.
The QR678 has no side effects and is very safe even in patients with metabolic disease and even in those who are on related medicines.
Patient 3-
39 year old male , who had been suffering from male pattern hair loss, since 15 years.
He had undergone hair transplant earlier on the fronto-temporal areas to get some coverage on the scalp, however he was dissatisfied as the non transplanted hair fall still continued and the final outcome looked the same in a few months, as it had been before the transplant.
The QR678 therapy helped regain a significant amount of hair in the transplanted areas to give the look that is seen in the picture.
Patient 4-
36 year old obese female suffering from female pattern hair loss, also called female androgenetic alopecia.
The condition was aggravated after she also suffered from acute telogen effluvium after recovering from an attack of Dengue fever.
The dihydrotestosterone and the serum prolactin levels were significantly high, with associated polycystic ovarian disease.
Hair loss was not settling despite hair supplements, minoxidil, hair growth serums, spironolactone and metformin.
QR678 treatment was administered along with the above, regular exercise and weight reduction was ensured and the hair fall improved followed by good recovery of hair growth after 8 sessions.
Patient 5-
30 year old male patient with androgenetic alopecia since 5 years, and a known case of severe seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp.
Topical minoxidil use and usage of hair serums etc used to cause flare up of the seborrheic dermatitis and hence he had been unable to use them for hair regrowth and control of hair loss.
Seborrheic eczema was treated with antifungals and topical immunomodulators, followed by commencing QR678 treatment for the hair loss reduction and hair regrowth.
Encouraging results were seen at the end of 8 sessions, with no flare up of the seborrheic eczema.
Patient 6-
32 year old female, mother of two, hypothyroid since her first delivery and losing hair since then.
Severe frontal thinning and contemplating a hair transplant for the treatment of the same.
Regular application of 2 % minoxidil and hair supplements helped the hair fall reduce , however, thinning continued.
The QR678 improved the hair density and significant improvement seen in the affected areas.
